The Qualification required for the FLC Counsellor:-

• A candidate should have a graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Candidates having post-graduate degrees in Agriculture, Veterinary science,
• Sociology, Psychology, and Social Work will get preference.
• Candidate should be well conversant with the local language.
• Candidate should possess a flair for teaching and computer knowledge.

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 23000 in total, which includes Rs. 18000 in basic remuneration and Rs. 5000 in reimbursement for transportation expenses.

Experience for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

Experience need for the above-mentioned post is:

• Ex-banker should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in any Nationalised or Private Bank.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking with NBFCs or FIs.
• Business correspondent or BC- Coordinator should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Ex RSETI Director or Faculty should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
