Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of BC Supervisors on a contract basis. As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 03 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 12 months. The candidates will be selected from the same District where the vacancies are declared and if suitable candidates are not available in the same district, the candidates may be selected from the adjoining districts. Candidate should be proficient in the local language & dialect both reading and writing. Under no circumstances the candidates will be selected from other states. As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 15000.
Candidates applying as retired bank employees should be below the age of 64, and the maximum age for a continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years. The candidates applying as young candidates should be in the age group of 21-45 years and the maximum age for a continuation of BC supervisors will be 60 years. The eligibility criteria for Retired bank Employees:
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose. Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record. All Applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
The eligibility criteria for all other candidates:
Candidates should have a minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), however qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be preferred.
Selected candidates for the above-mentioned job post will be appointed for a tenure of 12 months.
