BOB Recruitment 2023: This announcement is for the recruitment of outsourced staff in RSETIs on a contractual basis. The RSETIs are located in Durg and have vacancies for the posts of Office Assistant and Watchman/Gardener. As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, the last date for receipt of applications is 29th April 2023. The eligibility criteria for the post of Office Assistant include being a graduate with computer knowledge, basic accounting skills, fluency in spoken and written local language, and proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and the Internet. For the post of Watchman/Gardener, the candidate should have passed the 7th standard and have experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, the job description for the Office Assistant includes assisting the Director and Faculty in the effective functioning of the institute to fulfill the objectives of the Trust, maintaining the cash book, general ledger, and vouchers, creating and updating MIS data, and carrying out all the instructions/any other work given by the Director and faculty from time to time. For the post of Watchman/Gardener, the duties include watching and ward of the premises, gardening work, and maintenance and upkeep of the premises. The selection process will comprise a written test, personal interview, and demonstration/presentation.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, the contract will be valid for a period of 12 months, and the BSVS trust will reserve the right for renewal/non-renewal of the contract based on the performance of the candidate during the contract period. The selected candidates will be entitled to casual leave, privilege leave, sick leave, and maternity leave. It is important for the applicants to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms or has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will be canceled.

Office Assistant:
Age limit: 22-40 years (as on 01.04.2023)
Qualification: Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com. with computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet. Knowledge in basic accounting is preferred. Fluency in spoken and written local language is essential. Fluency in Hindi/English would be an added qualification. Typing skills in the local language are essential, and typing skills in English are an added advantage.
Watchman/Gardener:
Age limit: 22-40 years (as on 01.04.2023)
Qualification: Should have passed 7th standard and have experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.
Salary structure: Consolidated salary of Rs. 8500/- pm.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, the salary structure for the above-mentioned posts is given below:
Office Assistant:
Salary structure: Consolidated salary of Rs. 14,000/- pm with fixed travel allowance [FTA] of actuals subject to a minimum of Rs 1000/- pm against bills or can claim Rs 500/- on a declaration basis.
Watchman/Gardener:
Salary structure: Consolidated salary of Rs. 8500/- pm.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the Office Assistant and Watchman/Gardener positions will comprise the following three stages:
Stage 1: Written Test
The first stage of the selection process is a written test that will assess the candidates’ general knowledge and computer capabilities. This test is mandatory for all candidates applying for the Office Assistant and Watchman/Gardener positions.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
The second stage of the selection process is a personal interview that will assess the candidates’ communication abilities, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, and ability to get along with the trainees in the case of the Office Assistant position. The personal interview is mandatory for all candidates applying for both positions.
Stage 3: Demonstration/Presentation
The third and final stage of the selection process is a demonstration/presentation to assess the candidates’ teaching skills and communication capabilities. This stage is mandatory only for candidates applying for the Office Assistant position.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
Only those candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria as outlined in the advertisement will be considered for the selection process. However, satisfying the eligibility norms alone does not guarantee the candidate’s selection for the interview. The BSVS reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the interview after preliminary screening/shortlisting with reference to their qualifications, suitability, experience, etc.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, the application process for the recruitment of Office Assistant and Watchman/Gardener posts at RSETI is simple and straightforward. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria need to submit their application form in the given format (Annexure C) along with relevant documents in hard copy only. The application received after the last date of submission, incomplete applications, or applications for more than one post in one RSETI or more than one RSETIS may be rejected. Therefore, candidates need to ensure that their application is complete in all respects before submitting it.
The duly filled and signed application form along with the necessary enclosures must be sent to the authorized person at the address mentioned in the advertisement on or before the last date of submission. The envelope containing the application should be titled with the post applied for, i.e., “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF OFFICE ASSISTANT” or “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF WATCHMAN/GARDENER” at RSETI Durg on a contractual basis.
It is advisable for the candidates to keep a copy of the application form for future reference. They should also ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria before submitting the application, as only eligible candidates will be considered for the selection process.
