Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024: The Bank of Baroda (BOB), one of India’s largest Public Sector Banks is seeking applications from eligible Retired Bank Employees and Young candidates for the post of Business Correspondent (BC) Coordinator on a contractual basis in the Jhunjhunu Region for District Churu. As stated in the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024, the contract will be for an initial period of 36 months subject to annual review. The selection will be held through an interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head. There are a total of 02 (Two) seats available for the aforementioned role. Chosen applicants will be provided monthly remuneration comprising both fixed and variable components. Variable component of 10000 and fixed component of 15000.
According to the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024, The Retired Bank Employee should be a Retired officer (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU /RRB/Private Banks/cooperative banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager/equivalent and may be appointed for the purpose and at least 3 years of rural banking experience. For the Young Candidate, they should have a graduate degree with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), and qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA.
