HPCL Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is inviting applications from willing, qualified, and deserving candidates for the positions of Junior Executive in various disciplines. These disciplines include Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Chemical. Chosen candidates at any of the above positions can get a monthly salary in the range between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 120000. In reference to the official notification of HPCL Recruitment 2025, there are a total of 234 vacancies open for the designated above roles. Candidates should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 25 years to apply for the above-mentioned post.
In accordance with the official notification of HPCL Recruitment 2025, the process of selecting candidates will comprise a Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test, Personal Interview, etc. The chosen applicants will appointed on a probationary period of one year from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of the Probation period, the officer will be considered for confirmation as per company policy. As given in the official notification of HPCL Recruitment 2025, The candidates will be given a monthly salary in the Pay Scale of Rs.30000-120000. The approximate annual CTC will be Rs.10.58 Lakh.
The CTC mentioned has been calculated at the minimum base level of pay grade and includes Base Pay, Retirement Benefits, Dearness Allowance, HRA and Cafeteria Allowance and also includes Performance Related Pay (calculated at maximum), which is dependent upon multiple factors and payable as per the Corporation’s policy.
According to the official notification of HPCL Recruitment 2025, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test, Personal Interview, etc.
Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based Test may be called for Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test, and Personal Interview in order of merit and predetermined ratio. Candidates qualifying in Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test will be referred for Personal Interview. Candidates will further be referred for Pre-Employment Medical Examination basis their overall performance in Computer Based Test, Group Task/ Group Discussions, Skill Tests, and Personal Interviews.
Computer-Based Test will consist of objective questions and will comprise of two parts.
The chosen candidates in HPCL Recruitment 2025, can be placed at any SBU/ Department of Marketing Division of the Corporation at any place in the country. Currently, openings are in POL Supply locations, LPG Plants, Pipelines, Aviation Service Facilities (ASFs), Lube Plants etc. The services thereafter will be transferable to any SBU/ Department/ Division as per the requirement of the Corporation. These positions involve working shift duties. Selected candidates may also be posted/assigned to any of the subsidiaries/ Joint Ventures or any department of the Government of India.
Candidates filling out the applications for HPCL Recruitment 2025 will be required to pay the Non-Refundable Amount of Rs. 1180 + payment gateway charges if any (Application fee of Rs. 1000 + GST@18% i.e. Rs. 180 + payment gateway charges if applicable).
