Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025: The Bank of Maharashtra is seeking online applications from educated and desirous candidates for the post of Specialist Officers in various Scale II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII. These SOs include the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager in various disciplines (see below). As per the official notification of Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025, there are 172 openings to be filled for the mentioned post. The chosen candidates will be appointed on a probation period of 06 months. The application fee is Rs.1180 (including 18% GST) for UR/EWS/OBC categories and Rs.118 (including 18% GST) for SC/ST/PwBD categories. The application fee will be paid online through a payment gateway.

The minimum age limit is 22 years and the maximum age limit is 55 years to apply for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025. Qualification and Experience for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025:

The candidates should have the following qualifications and experience for applying to Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025.

For General Manager – Digital Transformation-

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech /BE in Computer Science /Information Technology or MCA with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all years from an Institute/University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Certification in Digital Transformation/ Emerging technologies like AI and ML, Blockchain/ PMP or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

Experience-

  • The candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the technical and business domain and should have managed and delivered IT and Digital projects in Scheduled Commercial Banks/Reputed IT Companies.

For Deputy General Manager – IT Enterprise and Data Architect-

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech / BE in Computer Science / Information Technology or MCA with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all years from an Institute/University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Preference will be given to TOGAF / Big Data / DWH / Analytics or similar certification.

Experience-

  • The candidate should have an overall experience of minimum 12 years of relevant experience in technical and business expertise which should include a minimum of 7 years of BFSI experience and should have managed technology delivery in data and digital platforms preferably in the BFSI domain in Scheduled Commercial Bank / Reputed IT Companies / MNCs.

For Deputy General Manager – IT and Digital Projects-

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech /BE in Computer Science /Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all years from Institute / University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Preference will be given to those who have certification(s) / Diploma etc. in Digital Transformation / Digital Banking.

Experience-

  • The candidate should have an overall experience of a minimum of 12 years in Digital Banking Scenario / Digital Strategy in Scheduled Commercial Banks / Reputed IT companies. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Digital Banking.

For Assistant General Manager – Information System Audit-

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech/ B. E. in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA/ MCS/ M.Sc. (electronics/ Computer Science) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all years from Institute / University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies AND Mandatory Certifications – any one of the following:
  1. CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional)
  2. CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  3. CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor)
  4. C-CISO (Certified Chief Information Security officer)

Experience-

The candidate should have an overall experience of a minimum of 10 years out of which 5 years experience in conducting Information Systems (IS) Audit including VA and PT and should have conducted Information System Audit of Systems such as Core Banking Solution, EFT Switch, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, DC/DR Sites including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing etc. in any Scheduled Commercial Bank / Reputed IT Companies / MNCs.

For Assistant General Manager – DevSecOps-

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech /BE with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all semesters/years from any university preferably in Computer Science /Information Technology or MCA from an Institute / University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies with Professional Certification in CI/CD tools /DevSecOps or related field certification.

Experience-

  • The candidate should have an overall experience of minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technical and business expertise and should have managed technology delivery and digital platforms preferably in the banking domain in Scheduled Commercial Bank / Reputed IT Companies / MNCs.

For Assistant General Manager – API and Interface-

  • The candidate should have a B. Tech /BE with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all semesters/years from any university preferably in Computer Science /Information Technology or MCA from an Institute / University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies with Professional Certification in CI/CD tools /API or related field certification.

Experience-

Probation Period for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025:

As stated in the official notification of Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025, the confirmation of newly recruited officers will be subject to satisfactory completion of the stipulated probation period i.e. 6 months. They will be subjected to continuous assessment during the probation period. Those candidates who qualify in the assessment as per standards determined by the Bank from time to time will be confirmed in the Service of the Bank.
