Infosys is hiring an experienced Senior Process Executive at their Pune location. You should have good knowledge and working experience in Quoting Process, preferably in IT Support industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Knowledge on concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order
• Good understanding on who is a Vendor, Seller, Buyer, Customer etc
• Interact with the sales team through chat or calls through Microsoft Teams/Webex
• Provide email support (inbound/Outbound emails)
• Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
• Good understanding on Quotations Management process.  Quote to Order.
• Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
• Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools
• Works well with cross functional teams
• Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s
• Acumen for quality at work.

Educational Requirements

• BBA, BCom
