As per the official notfication of BCPL recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the post of Senior Manager (Law). There is only 01 vacancy for the given post.

Age Limit for BCPL Recruitment 2023:

The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 40 years. Relaxation will be given as below-

• The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for PWD candidates.
• The upper age limit is also relaxable by 05 years for candidates domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989.
• In the case of Ex-servicemen who have put in not less than six months of continuous service in the Armed Forces of the Union, they shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from their actual age. If the resultant age does not exceed by more than 03 years the maximum age limit prescribed for the posts/services for which a candidate seeks appointment, he/she be deemed to satisfy the conditions regarding the age limit.

Remuneration for BCPL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notfication of BCPL recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 80000 to Rs. 220000.

Qualification for BCPL Recruitment 2023:

Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 50% marks OR

05 years integrated LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 50% marks. Preference will be given to
candidates having a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM).

Experience– Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate and possess a minimum of 08 years of postQualification experience as a Law Executive in Public Sector/Large Private Sector Companies or as an Advocate in a reputed Law Firm/ Bar and District and higher courts in handling litigations before Arbitration Tribunals, Judicial/Quasi-Judicial Forums. Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector must have one year of experience in the following lower pay scale or the following lower equivalent pay scale.
