BOM Recruitment 2023 for 225 Vacancies: Check Post, Eligibility and How to Apply
BOM Recruitment 2023: Bank of Maharashtra is inviting applications for the post of Specialist Officers in scales II and III. As per the Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment notification, there are total 225 vacancies. The minimum age required for all the posts is 25 years. The maximum age limit for each post is Different.
Selected candidates will be on a probation period of 6 months. Selected candidates have to sign a 2-year bond with the Bank of Maharashtra. Interested and eligible candidates have to apply online from the official website on or before the last date. Economist
Candidates applying for the post of economist must have a Master’s Degree in Economics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate of all semesters/years from a University / Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies.
Security Officer
Candidates applying for the post of Security Officer must have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a University / Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies
Civil Engineer
Candidate applying for the post of Civil Engineer must have 4 years Civil Engineering Degree with a minimum 60% aggregate in all years/semesters from a University / Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies
Law Officer
Candidates applying for the post of Law Officer must have Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a University/ Institute with a minimum 60% marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India. Candidates with having Master’s Degree in Law will be preferred.
Business Development Officer
Candidate applying for the post of Business Development Officer must be a Graduate from a University / Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies and should have Full time two years of MBA Marketing / Full time two years of PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) with Marketing Specialization) / PGDBM (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) Specialization in Marketing with minimum aggregate 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) marks in all semesters/years from a University / Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.

Economist
Candidates applying for the post of economist must have 5 years post qualification work experience in Banks / Financial Institutions as Economist. It would be desirable that the candidate whose articles are published in ‘Peer reviewed or referred’ Journals / Newspapers of national and international repute. Candidate has experience in forecasting / analyzing business indicators / environmental scanning/building up data bank / econometric models and industrial profiles will be desirable.
Security Officer
Candidate applying for the post of Security Officer must have Minimum 10 years’ experience as an officer in the Indian Army not below the rank of Major / Lieutenant Colonel and its equivalent rank in the Indian Navy, Indian Air Force with minimum 10 years of Commissioned services Or the candidate should have Minimum 10 years experience as an officer of the equivalent rank and service in Police and Central Para Military forces / Central Police Organizations.
Civil Engineer
Candidate applying for the post of Civil Engineer must have Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience as Civil Engineer in any PSU or Reputed Private Limited Companies / Listed companies in building Construction. Candidates having Experience in Construction of Residential & Commercial buildings, maintenance of buildings, Interior furnishing work, preparing tender documents, purchase of properties etc. will be desirable.
Law Officer
Candidate applying for the post of Law Officer must have a Minimum experience of 7 years of practicing as an Advocate independently or with any Law Firm of good repute before a District Court or High Court or DRT out of which at least 1-year experience of working as a Law Officer in a Bank / Financial Institution.
Business Development Officer
Candidate applying for the post of Business Development Officer must have Minimum of three years’ post-qualification work experience as Marketing Officer / Relationship Manager / Customer Service Manager / Liaison Officers (Customer Service) in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutions/ Central or State Govt. Departments / Reputed Private Organizations

The minimum age limit for applying for the above-mentioned post is 25 years. Candidates applying for the post of Economist, Security Officer, Civil Engineer, Law Officer, API Management Administrator, Digital Banking, and Senior Manager the maximum age limit is 38 years and for the rest posts, the maximum age limit is 35 years.
Selected candidates will be on a probation period of 6 months.
Candidates belonging to UR/EWS and OBC have to pay Rs. 1000 as application fees. candidates belonging to the SC/ST and PwBd category have to pay Rs. 100 as an application fee.
