BDL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Dynamic Limited (BDL) is hiring dynamic individuals for the posts of Management Trainees, Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations). As mentioned in the official notification of BDL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 140000. The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline. In accordance with the official notification of BDL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 45 vacancies for the given post. As per the official notification of BDL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for MT (Finance) with CA / ICWAI qualification, Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations) is 28 years and for all other posts is 27 years. Candidates applying for BDL recruitment 2023 have to pay Rs. 500 as the application fee and SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Internal Permanent are exempted from payment of the Application Fee. As mentioned in the official notification of BDL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-
For MT (Finance) with CA / ICWAI qualification, Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations)- The maximum age limit is 28 years.
For All other posts- The maximum age limit is 27 years.
As mentioned in the official notification of BDL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 140000.
For Management Trainees- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000.
For Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations)- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 120000.
Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for BDL recruitment 2023.
JM(Public Relations)- First Class MBA / Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations/ Communication/ Mass Communication/ Journalism of 2-years University/ Institute.
MT(Chemical)- First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute OR First Class M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized University/ Institute.
MT(Civil) – First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of civil or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
MT(Computer Science)- First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Computer Science or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
MT(Electrical)– First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electrical\ equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer based test and interview. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
The CBoT will be of Two hours duration and will be in two parts comprising of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
The test will be conducted in Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai
Trivandrum and Visakhapatnam
Candidates applying for BDL recruitment 2023 have to pay Rs. 500 as application fee and SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Internal Permanent are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
