IREDA Recruitment 2023: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), under the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, is accepting applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Director (Technical). According to the IREDA Recruitment 2023 official notification, the age limit for enrolling for this post will be determined based on the date of superannuation as described in the official notification. The hired individuals will be liable to report to Chairman and Managing Director and care for projects of Technical Services consisting of Wind, Solar, Biomass, Cogeneration, Hydro, Energy Efficiency, etc. Candidates will be appointed for a term of five years beginning from the date of joining and ending with the date of superannuation or until further instructions. The shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary between Rs. 1,60,000 – 2,90,000 on the IDA pay pattern.
According to the IREDA Recruitment 2023 official notification, the applicant should be an Engineering graduate or equivalent with a good academic record from a recognised university and at least five years of cumulative experience in areas of technical/techno-economic/ financial/ environmental project appraisal, including project monitoring, over the last ten years. Candidates with an MBA or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management would have a competitive advantage. Applicants must submit their applications through the right channels. Candidates who are Group ‘A’ Government Officers, should submit their required papers through Cadre Controlling authority approvals, officers from Public Sector Banks/ Financial Institutions must enrol through Administrative Ministry/ Department of the Govt. of India guidelines, and CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors in CPSE should apply by the norms of concerned Administrative Ministry. The applicants coming from private sections can apply directly to the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) official channel with mandated documents. The closing date for application submission for external candidates is 28th August 2023. The deadline for nodal offices to submit applications to PESB is 6th September 2023.
