BDL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of becoming self-reliant and globally competitive in the high-technology aerospace industry. BDL is inviting candidates to fill up the post of Director (Technical) in Schedule B. The official BDL Recruitment 2023 announcement states that the age range for the assigning post is 45 to 60 years old, which is the age of superannuation. According to the BDL Recruitment 2023 official announcement, the Director (Technical) would receive a monthly salary of upto Rs. 290000.
Candidate should hold an engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Aeronautical/ Production Engineering with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution with 05 years of experience in the relevant field. As mentioned in the Official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for a period of 05 years. Shortlisted applicants will be called for an Interview as per the BDL Recruitment 2023 Notification. The Search-Cum-Selection-Committee retains the power to choose which applicants to shortlist for interviews. BDL is accepting applications to fill the position of Director (Technical) in Schedule B in accordance with the official BDL Recruitment 2023 announcement.
The candidate shall be employed for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or until the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier, as stated in the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023.
Candidates applying for the BDL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications.

As per the BDL Recruitment 2023 Notification, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview, according to the official statement. The authority to select which candidates to shortlist for interviews remains with the Search-Cum-Selection-Committee.
The official BDL Recruitment 2023 release stated that the monthly compensation for the Director (Technical) would range from Rs. 160000 to Rs. 290000.
