Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Defence is inviting eligible applicants to fill up the posts of Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer, Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Deputy Controller of Accounts Deputy Director (Documentation), Principal Private Secretary, Assistant Registrar(Protocol), Private Secretary, Tribunal Officer/Section Officer, Accounts Officer, Assistant, Tribunal Master/Stenographer Grade-1, Junior Accounts Officer and Upper Division Clerk in the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi on deputation basis. There are a total of 25 vacancies available for the mentioned posts.

According to the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years with a residual service of four years on the closing date of receipt of applications. As per the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will be paid between Rs.25500 to Rs.215900 per month. Eligible and interested candidates need to fill out the application form in the prescribed pro forma of the eligible, who can be spared in the event of his/her selection may be forwarded to the principal Registrar, Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, West Block- VIII, Sector-I, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 by the Department by 01-12-2023.

By the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, the Ministry of Defence inviting applications for various posts. There are a total of 25 positions available.

Eligibility for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, candidates who are applying for the Ministry of Defence  Recruitment 2023 must have the following eligibility.

Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer-

  • Officer of the organised accounts cadre of the Central Government
  • Candidate holding analogous posts regularly; or
  • Candidate should have five years of regular service in level 12 in the pay matrix (Rs. 78800-209200).

For Joint Registrar-

Officer of the Central or State government Supreme Court High Court District Court or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits possessing a law degree:

  • Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre or department, or
  • Five years of regular service in the parent cadre or Department in a post in level- 11 of the pay matrix
  • Having ten years of experience in Personnel and Administrator or Judicial works.

Deputy Registrar, Deputy Director (Documentation) and Principal Private Secretary-

Officer of the Central or State government or Supreme Court High Court or District Court or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits possessing a law degree:

  • Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre or department
  • Five years of regular service in the parent cadre or Department in a post in level- 10 of the pay matrix
  • Six years of regular service in the parent cadre or Department in a post in level- 08 of the pay matrix
  • seven years of regular service in the parent cadre or Department in a post in level- 07 of the pay matrix.
  • Having five years of experience in Personnel and Administrative or Judicial work.

Deputy Controller of Accounts-

  • Officer of the organised Accounts Cadre of the Central Government-
  • Candidate should hold analogous posts regularly, or
  • Candidate should have five years of regular service in Level-10 in the pay matrix (Rs.56100- 177500).

Assistant Registrar-

Officer of the Central or State government or Supreme Court High Court or District Court or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits possessing a law degree:

  • Two years of regular service in the parent cadre or Department in a post in level- 08 of the pay matrix
  • Three years of regular service in the parent cadre or Department in a post in level- 07 of the pay matrix.

Accounts Officer-

  • Officer of the organised Accounts Cadre of the Central Government
  • Candidate holding analogous posts regularly; or
  • Junior Accounts Officer of the organised Accounts Cadre of the Central Government/any Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal in Level-6 in the Pay Matrix (Rs 35400-112400) with five years of regular service in the grade.

Tribunal Master/Stenographer Grade-1-

Stenographers of the Central Government or Armed Forces or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Court or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits holding:

  • Candidate should have an analogous post regularly in the parent cadre or department, or
  • The post in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix (Rs 25500-81100) with 10 years of regular service in the grade.

Upper Division Clerk-

  • Officers from the Central Govt or State Govt Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory Bodies Courts
  • Candidate should hold analogous posts regularly,
    or
  • Candidate should hold the post in the Pay Matrix Level-2 (Rs 19900-63200) with eight years of regular service.
