BEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Chennai unit has invited applications for the engagement of B.Com Graduates to undergo Training under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (Southern Region) in the Human Resources, Finance, Materials Management & Marketing trades. There are a total of 08 vacancies for the Posts. Selection is purely on the basis of merit of the marks secured in the examinations of 12th Standard (25%) & Graduation (75%).

Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment 2022:

Candidate must be from Tamilnadu State only.

Candidates should possess B.Com from a recognized Board/University on or after 01-06-2020.

The minimum Percentage in the qualifying examination should be 50% & above.

Candidates who have undergone or undergoing Optional Trade Training under NATS in any other establishment/organization are not eligible.

Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2022:

Selection is purely on the basis of merit of the marks secured in the examinations of 12th Standard (25%) & Graduation (75%).

Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms.

Selected candidates will be informed through E-Mail followed by the publishing of a list of selected candidates on the BEL Website.

Interview Details and Documents Required for BEL Recruitment 2022

Candidates have to compulsorily bring the following documents in ORIGINAL for verification and submit a copy of each along with Application Form duly filled:

a) 10th/SSLC Marks Card

b) 12th Marks Card

c) Degree/Post Graduate Certificate

d) Caste Certificate (if applicable)

e) Aadhaar Card

Note: Candidates appearing for walk-in selection have to produce Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate or RT-PCR Negative report (Swab collected within 72 hours).
