BEL Recruitment 2023:Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) a Navaratna Company and India‟s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Project Engineer I. As given in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 12 vacancies for the given posts. The maximum age limit to apply for the above-mentioned posts is 32 years as of 1.03.23. In accordance with the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 50000. The engagement is initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 1 year (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance.
All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility. Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test followed by an interview. All the information regarding the selection procedure will be intimated through email. As given in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can submit the duly filled-in application form by post super scribing on the envelope the post applied for to Sr. Dy. Gen. Manager (HR/Military Communications & MR), Bharat Electronics Limited, Jalahalli Post, Bengaluru – 560013. Candidates have to pay Rs. 400 as application fee. ST/SC/PwBD candidats are exempted from payment of fee.

Tenure– The candidates will be engaged initially for a period of Three years which may be extended up to a maximum of One year (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance.
According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below in the table-
However, if any candidate has completed three years of tenure as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and has applied for Project Engineer post he/she will be directly inducted as Project Engineer -II. The remuneration of Such candidates will be Rs. 45,000 for the 1st Year, Rs. 50000 for the 2nd Year and Rs. 55000 for the 3rd Year. The overall tenure will be limited to 3 years only.
As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 32 years as of 1.03.23.
The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC/ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualification.
Full time BE/B. Tech course from reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines- Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication & Communication Engineering.
Minimum Percentage of Marks in BE/ B. Tech-
General/OBC: 55% & above
SC/ST/ PWD: Pass class
Experience-
Candidates should have minimum Two Years relevant industry experience-
The relevant post qualification industry experience shall be in the following areas-
Electronics: Candidates preferred having experience in Surveillance/Information Technology/Network Projects. Preference is given to candidates having relevant certificates in the above mentioned areas.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. The venue for the Written Test/ Interview will be intimated later. 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% for the interview. Candidates who pass in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit. The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test / Interview and final selections will be notified on our Company‟s website. Please note that Written Test/ Interview call letters will be sent through email only.
