As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be made on a contract basis. The selected candidates for the post of Project Engineer-I will be engaged for an initial period of 3 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year (Maximum tenure of 4 years) based on project requirements and individual performance and selected candidates for the post of Trainee Engineer-I will be engaged for an initial period of 2 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year (Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on project requirement and individual performance.
