BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), under the Ministry of Defence, invites qualified Indian Nationals for the post of Probationary and Senior Engineer on a Permanent basis for its Pune Unit. As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 11 available vacancies that may be changed at the time of selection. The maximum age limit of candidates should be 32 years across all mentioned posts. The appointed candidates for the position of Probationary Engineer will receive Rs.40,000-3%-1,40,000 monthly, whereas selected candidates for Senior Engineer will get Rs.50,000-3%-1,60,000 per month.
As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be recruited to fill vacant posts at Bharat Electronics Limited, NDA Road, Pashan, Pune-411021 which can be changed as per Company’s requirement. The candidates interested in being considered for the offered posts may send documents in hard copy format via speed post to Additional General Manager (HR&A), Bharat Electronics Limited, N.D.A Road, Pashan, Pune – 411021, Maharashtra on or before June 23, 2023. The candidates will be selected through a written test followed by an interview. The candidates will only be called for interviews who qualify for the written test in a ratio of 1:5. The scheduled written test consists of objective-type questions for 150 marks from the Technical domain and General Aptitude. Applicants working in any Central/Government/PSU body must provide a NOC along with the other required papers. Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 708 (including GST).

For Probationary Engineer
The candidates must have M. Sc. (Tech) degree in Photonics, Applied Optics, or Optical Engineering approved from AICTE Colleges or UGC recognized Universities. He/she should have completed ME/ M. Tech in Laser / Opto-Electronics / Optical Engineering qualification.
For Senior Engineer (Electronics)
The candidates should have BE / B. Tech/AMIE/GIETE in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, and Telecommunication disciplines.
For Senior Engineer (Mechanical)
The applicants should consist BE / B. Tech/AMIE/GIETE in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
