Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) is inviting eligible candidates for filling up the 01 position of Financial Advisor at ICFRE HQ., Dehradun on a deputation including a short-term contract basis.

Tenure for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023 of, applicants selected for the Financial Advisor post will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years or till superannuation, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the candidate applying for the above post should have the following eligibility.

• The officers working in the Pay Level 12/13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix or holding analogous posts on a regular basis.
• An Officer from the Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS) / Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) / Indian Civil Account Service (ICAS) / Indian Postal Account Service (IPAS) / Indian Railway Account Service (IRAS) with a minimum of 09 years of service with reference to the year of allotment. OR
• An officer of sub-ordinate Accounts service under the Government of India has 16 years of experience including at least 10 years in the Pay Level 11 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised pay band-3: Rs.15,600-39,100 plus grade pay Rs.6,600) OR Fellow of Institute of Cost/Chartered Accountant of India or equivalent degree with 10 years experience in audit and accounts and budget in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous organizations/public sector undertaking/ Government bank or insurance company.
• The minimum years of service for the post will be with reference to the last date of receipt of the application.

As given in the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs.500 in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Accounts Officer, ICFRE payable at Dehra Dun.

Salary for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get remuneration in the pay level 12/13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix on a deputation basis including short-term contract.

Place of Posting for ICFRE Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will be posted at Dehradun during his tenure but with a liability to serve anywhere in ICFRE Institutes/ Centers across the country.
