As mentioned in the Official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, aspirants will be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 04 years (including an initial period of 03 years) based on project requirements and individual performance.
Candidates applying for the BEL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.
Project Engineer – I (Electronics)
Candidate should have B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in Electronics / Electronics and Communication Electronics and Telecommunications Telecommunication from a recognized University / Institute.
Project Engineer – I (Mechanical)
Candidate should have B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in Mechanical discipline from a recognized University / Institute.
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the above post is 32 years.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the applicant should have at least 02 years of Post qualification relevant industry experience is mandatory to apply for the Project Engineer I post.
As mentioned in the Official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year and Rs. 45000 for 2nd year, and Rs. 50000 for 3rd year and Rs. 55000 for 4th year of Contract respectively.
In addition, a consolidated amount of Rs.12000 per year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear etc. The first installment will be processed in the first month’s salary after joining and the second installment will be paid after completion of 06 months from the date of joining.
