BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring qualified candidates for the posts of Jr. Supervisor, Havildar, Trainee Officer-I (Finance), Engineering Assistant (Trainee) and Technician. According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Jr. Supervisor and Havildar is 43 years and for all other posts is 28 years. As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 17 vacancies for the above-mentioned post. As mentioned in the the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 90000.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview, written test and physical endurance test. The details regarding the test will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates in due course. For Jr. Supervisor and Havildar- The maximum age limit is 43 years.
For Trainee Officer-I (Finance), Engineering Assistant (Trainee) and Technician- The maximum age limit is 28 years.
As mentioned in the the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 90000.
For Jr. Supervisor- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 90000.
For Havildar- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 79000.
For Trainee Officer-I (Finance)-
For Engineering Assistant (Trainee)- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 90000.
For Technician- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 82000.
Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for BEL Recruitment 2023.
For Jr. Supervisor- SSLC + 15 years of service in Indian Armed Forces and JCO rank.
For Havildar- SSLC +15 years of service in Indian Armed Forces.
For Trainee Officer-I (Finance)- MBA Finance/CA/CMA from recognized University / Institution/Institute.
For Engineering Assistant (Trainee)- Diploma in Engineering of a recognised institution of at least 3 years duration in the relevant subject.
For Technician- SSLC+ITI+ One year apprenticeship, National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant Trade.
The selection process for BEL recruitment 2023 is given below-
For Jr. Supervisor and Havildar- Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Endurance test and those who qualify in the Physical Endurance test will be shortlisted for written test.
The Physical Endurance test and written test will be held at Bharat Electronics Limited, Plot No L-1, Taloja, Navi Mumbai , 410208.
For Trainee Officer-I (Finance)- Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview.
The Written Test will consist of objective type questions for 150 marks from Technical domain and General Aptitude.
Engineering Assistant (Trainee) and Technician- Candidates will be selected on the basis general aptitude and technical aptitude test.
The application fee for BEL Recruitment 2023 is given below-
Candidates applying for the post of Trainee Officer-I (Finance) have to pay Rs. 177 as application fee.
Candidates applying for the post of Engineering Assistant (Trainee) and Technician have to pay Rs. 250 as application fee.
SC, ST, and PwBD categories candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
