HCL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Copper Limited invites applications from young professionals for the recruitment of Trade Apprentices in the Malanjkhand Copper Project. As per the HCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the age limits of interested candidates should be between 18 and 25 years. The applicants will be selected on merit based on their ITI and 10th-grade results. Marks gained in relevant trades at ITI will be weighted at 30%, while marks earned in 10th grade will be weighted at 70%. The shortlisted applicants for all other trades will be appointed for a one-year training term. The engagement of selected trade apprentices is conditional on his or her being considered medically fit by the Company, HCL. The candidates shortlisted for current profiles will be paid a monthly salary depending on the selection procedure.

The candidates should have completed the 10th / Matric exam under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent, as well as ITI in the relevant trade from a recognised institute. Higher professional credentials, such as a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or anything similar, will not be accepted.
As per the HCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the age limits of interested candidates should be between 18 and 25 years. Candidates from SC/ST and OBC are eligible for 5-year and 3-year age relaxation, respectively, in the upper age limit.
