Salary for BEL Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates will get a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30000 to Rs. 80000 per month for BEL Recruitment 2024.

1. Senior Field Operation Engineer (Sr FOE): An all-inclusive consolidated
   remuneration of Rs. 80,000 per month for the 1st Year of engagement and an increase of Rs.5000 for every year of extension of contract.
2. Field Operation Engineer (FOE): An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.60,000 per month for the 1st Year of engagement, and an increase of Rs.5000 for every year of extension of contract.
3. Project Engineer- I: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000 per month for the 1st Year of engagement and an increase of Rs.5000 for every year of extension of the contract.
4. Trainee Engineer- I: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000 per month for the 1st Year of engagement, an increase of Rs.5000  for every year of extension of contract.

In addition to the above:

• Area allowance at 10% of consolidated remuneration per month and a consolidated amount of Rs. 20,000 per year will be paid towards medical insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance etc. for Sr.FOE/FOE.
• Area allowance at 10% of consolidated remuneration per month and ₹12,000 per year towards insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc. will be paid for the Project Engineer /Trainee Engineer.
