BEML Recruitment 2024: BEML Limited is hiring eligible candidates for the posts of Defence Service – Electrical/Mechanical (or) Automobile, Defence Production- Electrical/Mechanical (or) Automobile, Operator & Driver (Recovery) – A Vehicles and Store Keeper. In reference to the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2024, there are a total of 22 seats open for the aforementioned positions. Candidates applying for the opportunity should have a maximum age of 50 and 52 years for NCOs and JCOs respectively. Candidates should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the related fields. The term of engagement will be for a period of three years. Chosen applicants will be paid monthly remuneration (all inclusive) of Rs.32,000 for NCO (HMT and below) and Rs.40,000 for JCO (Nb. Sub and above). The selection process will be based on a personal interview.
In accordance with the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2024, for the posts of Defence Service – Electrical/Mechanical (or) Automobile, candidates must be retired JCO / NCOs and equivalent from EME, and for the posts of Defence Production- Electrical/Mechanical (or) Automobile candidates must be Retired Master Tech/ Auto tech from corps of EME trained and served in Army base workshop with overhaul of A vehicle and Corp zonal workshop dealing with MR of A vehicle (Refer to the below sections to gather complete information relating to educational qualifications). Selected candidates will be placed in Jammu, Leh-Ladakh, Guwahati, or K.G.F. Interested candidates may present in the interview with the duly filled-in application form along with all the required documents.

Candidates filling in the application forms for BEML Recruitment 2024 must possess a maximum age of 50 for NCOs and 52 years for JCOs.
According to the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2024, the essential education qualifications and experience required for the assigned positions are listed below:
Candidates must be Retired JCO / NCOs and equivalent from EME with a minimum of 15 years of service in the technical domain – Electrical – ‘A’/ ‘B’ Vehicles. Experience in after-sales service of BEML HMVs Vehicles is desirable.
Candidates must be Retired Master Tech/ Auto tech from the corps of EME trained and served in Army base workshop with overhaul of A vehicle and Corp zonal workshop dealing with MR of A vehicle. Minimum 2 tenures in Army Based workshop/ Corps Zonal workshop having experience in troubleshooting/ OH of WZT-3/ WZT-2/ Tank T-72. Must be ready to travel for carrying out trails and carrying out repairs of equipment in situ.
Candidates must be Retired JCO / NCOs with a Minimum of 10 years experience in handling/ driving recovery vehicles (WZT-3/WZT-2). Must have served in at least 2 Armd workshop/ LRW in the last 10 years of service Must be willing to travel for carrying out trails and for other requirements.
Candidates must be Retired JCO / NCOs and equivalent from Ordinance /EME with a minimum of 10 years of experience in TSS (Tool Store section) of Workshops/ Depots/ Ordinance.
As indicated in the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2024, candidates selected at the position of Defence Service – Electrical will be posted to Leh-Ladakh, those selected at the position of Defence Service – Mechanical (or) Automobile will be posted to Jummu, – Leh-Ladakh or Guwahati and candidates selected to the positions other then these will be posted to K.G.F.

The period of engagement of chosen candidates in BEML Recruitment 2024 will be for the period of three (3) years, subject to renewal every year based on Performance, Conduct, Health & Business requirements. Further extension beyond three (3) years will depend upon Performance, Conduct, Health & Business requirements.
The candidates will be selected based on the Company’s selection process as applicable, including practical tests and personal Interviews, according to the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2024.
As mentioned in the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2024, selected candidates will be paid consolidated monthly remuneration (all inclusive) of Rs. Rs.32,000 for NCO (HMT and below) and Rs.40,000 for JCO (Nb. Sub and above). Besides, an amount equivalent to 10% of Consolidated pay will be paid as a Hardship allowance for ESM engaged at Leh.
