Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2023: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is inviting eligible applicants to fill up the posts of Junior Executives and Associate Executives in Engineering, Accounts, Quality Assurance and Human Resources. As mentioned in the Official notification of Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the candidate appointed for the Junior executive post will get a Pay Scale between Rs.30000 to Rs.120000 and for the Associate Executive post will get a Pay Scale between Rs.40000 to Rs.140000. According to the official notification of Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have at least 03 to 05 years of experience. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year from the date of hire (extendable in case of poor performance). They will be considered for confirmation after successfully completing the probation period, according to business policy.
As per the official notification of Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the application fee is waived for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, whereas UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates must pay a Non-Refundable Amount of Rs.590 + payment gateway costs if any (Application fee of Rs.500 + GST@18% i.e., Rs.90+ payment gateway charges if applicable).In accordance with the official notification of Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2023, the age limit for both categories should be between 30 years to 35 years. Junior Executives (Accounts)
Candidate should have a Graduate in any discipline with a minimum 55% aggregate marks (relaxed to 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories) and have passed the CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate from CA/ CMA institute respectively.
Junior Executives (Quality Assurance)
Associate Executives (Human Resources)
Candidate should hold an MBA (HR) /MA (PM&IR) / Post-Graduate Diploma in HR / PM&IR / MMS (HR/ Personnel)/ Masters in Labour Studies (2-year courses) with minimum 65% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 60% for SC/ ST / PWD categories
