Post Name and Vacancy for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of BHEL recruitment 2023,  applications are invited for the post of Senior Advisor for the Rolling Stock Business in the area of Transportation business for its Industry Sector.

The place of posting will be New Delhi.

Tenure- The appointment is for a period of 1 year which can be further extended by a period of 1 year at a time or till the completion of the assignment (whichever is earlier).

Salary for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BHEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 125000.

In addition to this, HRA/ Company accommodation, reimbursement of monthly mobile phone charges, Company transport for official use, etc. shall also be admissible as per the company guidelines.

Age Limit for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BHEL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 64 years.

Qualification for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for BHEL recruitment 2023 must have the given qualifications and experience-

The applicant must possess AMIE/ BSc. Engg / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline. Any higher technical qualification if any would be preferable.

Experience- 

• The applicant should have experience working for more than 30 years with Indian Railways/Metro Railways.
• Applicant should have at least 5 years experience in Higher Administrative Grade (Level 15 or above) with exposure to Rolling stocks for Indian Railways or Metro segment.
• Out of the above, the applicant should have at least 10 years’ experience (cumulative) of the Design, manufacturing and maintenance of LHB Coaches/EMU/MEMU.

Desirable Experience-

• Applicant should have at least 2 years experience in SAP/ERP-based coach management system
• Applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in designing maintenance facilities
