Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023: The Office of Deputy Commissioner of Railway Safety (G), For and On Behalf of the Commission of Railway Safety (CRS), Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Government of India has invited Applications from Willing Eligible Officers for Appointment of 02 Posts with 04 Vacancies for 01) Office Superintendent and 02) Senior Inspector (Technical) on Deputation Basis in various Offices of the Commission of Railway Safety through this Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 31.03.2023. As has been mentioned in the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement issued both Posts; A) Office Superintendent (01 Vacancy) and B) Senior Inspectors (03 Vacancies) with Pay Matrix Level 06/07 under General Central Service, Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) Post Classification, shall be filled Deputation for Posting in Mumbai and New Delhi.
According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Notification duly completed Applications in respect of the Intending Officers with Eligibility should be receivable well ahead in time within 60 Days post issuance of the Same.
As per the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 04 Vacancies to be filled up on Deputation hereunder:
Posts and Vacancies
01) Office Superintendent: 01 Vacancy
02) Senior Inspector (Technical): 03 Vacancies
According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, both Office Superintendent and Senior Inspector (Technical) carry the Pay Matrix Scales as follows:
I) Office Superintendent: Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400)
II) Senior Inspector (Technical): Pay Matrix Level-7 (Rs.44900-142400)
Post Classification: General Central Service, Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) Non-Ministerial
Based on the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official, the Maximum Age Limit prescribed for both Posts should be as follows:
The Maximum Age limit for Appointment by Deputation should not be exceeding 56 Years as on the Closing Date of receipt of duly completed Applications.

Based on the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 the Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualifications with Desirable Experience may be read as follows:
Eligibility Criteria:
A) The Officers under the Central Government Or State Government Or Union Territories (UTs) Or Accredited Universities Or Government Research Institutes or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
I) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of the Department (Or)
II) With 05 Years’ Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Level 06 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.35400-112400) Or Equivalent; And
B) Following Educational Qualifications and Experience
I) Bachelor’s Degree in (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ECE/ETE) Engineering from any Duly Recognized University or Institution. (Or)
II) Diploma in (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ECE/ETE) Engineering from any Duly Recognized University or Institution. With 02 Years’ Experience of Duty in the Related Subject in any Government Organization.
Deputation Term: The Deputation Period (Including Deputation Period) in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in Similar or Some other Organization Or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 03 Years.
Selection on both Posts 01) Office Superintendent and Senior Inspector (Technical) shall be carried out By Deputation.
Only Applications received through Proper Channel & with the Approval of Cadre Controlling Authority shall be considered for Appointment.
According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Willing Eligible Candidates should apply as per the Specimen Application Proforma.
