Age Limit for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the given post is mentioned below-

• The maximum age limit for the post of Deputy Chief Engineer will be 55 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Executive Engineer/Manager will be 50 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer will be 45 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Assistant Engineer will be 40 years.

Qualification and Experience for BMRC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates have must required qualifications and experience are as mentioned below-

1. For Deputy Chief Engineer (Signalling)-

• BE/B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Computer Science Engg.

Experience-

• Post qualification experience of a minimum of 15 years in case of Degree holders and 20 years in case of Diploma holders in Railway/Suburban Railway/Metro Railway or in any organization carrying out/ implementing Railway/metro signaling projects and shall be involved from installation and commissioning of the project.
• Should have experience in CBTC and interface with other subsystems along with Signalling works experience in Metro railway is preferred. Hands-on experience in preparation of tender documents and technical specifications, inspection, testing and commissioning etc.

Desirable-

• Knowledge of Kannada.

2. Executive Engineer/Manager (Traction & RSS)-

• BE/ B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engg.

Experience-

• Post qualification experience of a minimum of 10 years in the case of Degree holders and 15 years in the case of Diploma holders out of which 5 years experience in railway electrification projects/ TRD in Railways/ metro rail or any reputed Power sector company in the desirable domain.
• Experience in Third rail systems and interface with other sub-systems and hands-on experience in handling tenders and contracts, including the preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation and site supervision in the modern metro system shall be preferred.

Desirable-

• Knowledge of Kannada.

3. For Assistant Executive Engineer (Rolling Stock)-

• BE/ B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical Engg.

Experience-

• Post qualification experience of a minimum of 5 years in case of Degree holders and 10 years in case of Diploma holders out of which 3 years in Rolling Stock.
• The candidate should have experience in the maintenance and operation of Rolling Stock in Railways/Metro Rails.
• Should have hands-on experience in the preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, inspection, testing and commissioning.
• Candidates with experience in Rolling Stock systems in Metro rail projects with hands-on experience in AutoCAD shall be preferred.

Desirable-

• Knowledge of Kannada.
