BMRC Recruitment 2023: Bangalore Metro Rail Limited, a Joint Venture of the Government of India and the Government of Karnataka, invites applications from qualified and experienced personnel/retired or serving personnel for the post of General Manager (HR) in the “Project and O&M Wing” on a contract basis. As given in the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, to apply for the positions stated candidates must be at least 55 years old. Candidates should have Full-time Graduate with MBA/ PG Degree/PG Diploma, or, equivalent in HRM/ HRD/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social work/ Labour Welfare.
As per the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs.165000. An interview will be used to make the decision. There are 02 vacancies open for the mentioned post. The selected candidates will be engaged for a term of 03 years. According to the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates must be the age of 55 years as on the date of the released notification.
In accordance with the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay of up to Rs.165000.
As given in the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, the chosen applicants will serve for a term of 03 years under the contract-based nature of the engagement. If the situation allows, either party may terminate the appointment contract by providing a notice period of 1-3 months or by paying the agreed-upon compensation in lieu of the notice period.
As mentioned in the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be through an interview by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority. The shortlisted candidates will be notified through email or SMS to appear for interviews as and when they are scheduled, at their own expense.
