• The upper age limit should be 45 years.

Essential Qualification for BMRC Recruitment 2024:

For Executive Engineer (Civil)-

• The candidate should have a degree of BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Masters in Civil Engineering is preferred.

For Assistant Engineer (Civil)-

• The candidate should have a degree of BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

For Assistant Engineer (E and M) –

• The candidate should have a degree of BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

For Assistant Manager (Marketing)-

• The candidate should have BE/B.Tech in Civil / B.Arch. with MBA (Marketing).

Required Experience for BMRC Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of BMRC Recruitment 2024, the required experience are given below:

For Executive Engineer (Civil)-

• The candidate should have Post qualification experience of a minimum of 12 years in Tendering and Contract Management of large /medium project, out of which at least 10 years shall be in Metro Railway/ Indian Railway/PSUs/ reputed firms having
  experience in the preparation of Tender document, Tender Evaluation, Arbitration /conciliation in accordance with GoK/GoI procurement guidelines. Further experience in (shopping complex, multi storied building, malls) Civil construction, Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, Billing, site supervision, inspecting of civil works as per technical specifications. knowledge in Property Development & Real Estate field, Interior works, Renovations, upgradation projects etc.
• Knowledge of Kannada is desirable

Assistant Engineer (E and M)-

• The candidate should have Electrical Engineering. Post qualification experience of minimum of 5 years in Metro Railway/Railway/PSUs/reputed firms having experience in the Electrical works of Civil project, Shopping malls, Complexes, Multi Storied buildings etc. Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, Billing, site supervision, inspecting of Electrical works as per technical specifications. Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, billing, supervision of site and inspection, Hands on experience in Auto CADD preferred and basic design review.
• Knowledge of Kannada is desirable.
