Name of the Post for BOB Recruitment 2022:

As per BOB Recruitment Notification Bank of Baroda is recruiting for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria for BOB Recruitment 2022:

For Retired Bank Employees:

• Retired officers (including those voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
• Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

For Young Candidates:

• The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.) however qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/ MBA will be given preference.
• Should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment.

Age Limit for BOB Recruitment 2022:

For Retired Bank Employees:

• The maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.

For Young Candidates:

• The maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.

Salary for BOB Recruitment 2022:

The monthly consolidated salary for this recruitment will be Rs 15000 (Fixed) + Rs 10000 (Variable).
