Tenure for BEML Recruitment 2025:

According to BEML Recruitment 2025’s official notification, those selected for the Security Guard and Fire Service personnel positions would be hired under contract for a 02 years term.

Qualification for BEML Recruitment 2025:

Referring to the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2025, candidate should have the following qualification mentioned below.

Assistant Officer– Security

• Applicant must have a Graduate (with first class) in any Discipline from a recognised university / institution.

Security Guard and Fire Service personnel

• Candidate should have cleared Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board.

Experience for BEML Recruitment 2025:

Candidates applying for the BEML Recruitment 2025 must have the following experience.

Assistant Officer– Security

• The candidate should be possessing a Degree from a recognized university with

1. Successful completion of 10 months pre-commission training from the officer’s Training School, Madras or any other equivalent institution under the Defence Forces,
   OR
2. Successful completion of 1 to 1/2 years course conducted by the Central / State Government, qualifying for appointment as Deputy Superintendent of Police / Subinspectors in state police or equivalent ranks in Railway protection force, Central Reserve Police, Border Security force, Central Industrial Safety Force,
   OR
3. Successful completion of one-year training course conducted by central government for those selected for the post of Intelligence officers in Central Intelligence Bureau and Research and Analysis Wing and Sub-Inspectors in Central Bureau of Investigation,
   OR
4. 52-week training course of instructions for India Airforce police in the rank of sergeant, Junior Warrant Officers and Master Warrant Officer.

• The candidate must be conversant in security aspects of an Industrial establishment including access control, physical security, perimeter security, documentation, investigations, filing of reports, prosecution of cases and collection of intelligence, etc.

Security Guard

• The ideal candidate should have minimum 02 years of experience in performing security duties in;

1. Defence forces: Army,Navy,Airforce.
2. Central Para Military forcesCRPF,CISF,BSF etc
3. Organisations under home Ministry CBI,IB,RAW etc
4. State Police-General duty, CID, Armed reserves etc.
5. Personnel engaged by any recognised Security agencies (PSARA license) with at least 5 years of experience as security guards in any Govt Organisations including PSUs.

• Physical fitness: must be physically fit and able to perform duties requiring standing, walking and running.

Fire Service personnel

• The ideal candidate should have minimum 02 years of experience in performing security duties in;

1. Defence forces: Army,Navy,Airforce.
2. Central Para Military forcesCRPF,CISF,BSF etc
3. Organisations under home Ministry CBI,IB,RAW etc
4.  State Police-General duty, CID, Armed reserves etc.
5. Personnel engaged by any recognised Security agencies (PSARA license) with at least 5 years of experience as security guards.

• In addition to the above mentioned, the candidate should :

1. Have undergone training in Fire Fighting under a State fire service or a government recognized institute not less than 30 working days.
2. Conversant with the use and the maintenance of all types of extinguishers, Hose Fittings, Fire appliances and Equipment like Fire Engines, Trailer Fire Pumps & Foam Branches.

Desirable:-

1. Valid license for driving of HCV.
2. Experience of having worked in a regular Civil or Defence Fire Brigade as Fireman from any Government.
3. Have passed the General Fire Fighting Course from any Government recognized institute.

• The ideal candidate should have minimum 02 years of experience and should possess fire service / firefighting device experience.

Age limit for BEML Recruitment 2025:

As mentioned in the Official notification of  BEML Recruitment 2025, the maximum age requirement for the designated role is 27 years old.

Salary for BEML Recruitment 2025:

Based on the official notification BEML Recruitment 2025, candidate appointed for Assistant Officer– Security position will get a salary between Rs.30000  to Rs. 120000 per month.

Candidates appointed for Security Guard and Fire Service personnel  position will get  a consolidated stipend (all inclusive) Rs.20000  per month and  Rs.23500 per month during the first year and second year of contract period will be paid respectively.

On successful completion of the contract period, subject to BEML’s Business requirements at that point of time, will be absorbed in Wage Group B, in the pay scale of Rs. 16900 to Rs.60650.

Selection Process for BEML Recruitment 2025:

As mentioned in the Official notification of BEML Recruitment 2025, selection will be based on Assessment, and shortlisted candidates will have to undertake pre-employment medical examination and Original document verification. Intimation regarding Assessments, issuance of offer etc., will be sent only through e-mail. The list of shortlisted/selected candidates for final selection, will be uploaded in Company’s website.

Application Fee for BEML Recruitment 2025:

In accordance with the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2025, eligible GEN / EWS / OBC candidates applying for Assistant Office – Security positions need to pay an Application Fee of Rs.500 and candidates applying for Security Guard / Fire Service personnel positions are required to pay Rs.200, whereas no Application fee  for SC/ST/  PWDs candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee by clicking the “Pay Application Fee Online” at the end of the application form.
