Selection Process for UPSC Recruitment 2025:

The selection for UPSC Recruitment 2025 will be based on the Civil Services Examination and Interview/Personality Test. The examination will be held in 2 stages, Preliminary and Main. The candidates who pass the preliminary examination will be called for the mains and those who pass the mains examination will be called for the Interview/Personality Test. Preliminary Examination of the Civil Services Examination will be held by the Union Public Service Commission on 25.05.2025. The date, time and venue of the examination will be intimated later to the candidates by issuing admit cards. The candidates can get their admit cards from the official website of UPSC.

Application Fee for UPSC Recruitment 2025:

The application fee is Rs.100 to complete the application procedure for UPSC Recruitment 2025. The Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the fee. The applicant fee will be paid in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using the net banking facility of any Bank or by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit card/UPI Payment.

• Candidates who opt for the “Pay by Cash” mode should print the system-generated Pay-in-slip during part II registration and deposit the fee at the counter of the SBI Branch on the next working day only.
• “Pay by Cash” mode will be deactivated at 11:59 P.M. of 10.02.2025  i.e. one day before the closing date; however applicants, who have generated their Pay-in-Slip before it is deactivated, may pay at the counter of the SBI Branch during banking hours on the closing date.
• Such applicants who are unable to pay by cash on the closing date i.e. during banking hours at SBI Branch, for reasons whatsoever, even if holding a valid pay-in-slip will have no other offline option but to opt for available online Debit/Credit Card/UPI Payment or Internet Banking payment mode on the closing date i.e. till 6:00 PM of 11.02.2025.
