Age for BOB  Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification  of BOB Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is given below:

• For Retired Bank Employees– The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
• For Young Candidates- The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years and Should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment.

Eligibility criteria for BOB Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification  of BOB Recruitment 2023, the required eligibility criteria are mentioned below-

For Retired Bank Employees:

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager/equivalent.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

For Young Candidates:

• The candidate’s minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

Salary for BOB Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the chosen individual will receive a monthly variable component costing Rs.10000 and a monthly fixed component worth Rs.15000. The BC supervisor will receive a monthly conveyance allowance of Rs.2000 (fixed). Each BC supervisor receives Rs.200 per month (fixed) for mobile expenditures.

The variable component of the commission will be decided according to the table below:

Tenure for BOB  Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the contract will initially be for 36 months, with an annual review. Based on the performance of BC supervisors in previous fiscal years, the Regional Head may suggest to the Zonal Head to renew the contract proposal before the conclusion of the 03 years period.

Application Fee for BOB Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023,  the interested candidate will pay an application fee of Rs. 800 after passing the course.

The selection process for BOB Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the selection will be held through an interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head. The concerned Regional Head and the Chief Manager/officer in charge of Financial Inclusion in the region will be committee members. Based on the recommendations of the committee, the Regional Head would approve the appointment and renew the contract of the individual BC Supervisor.

Place of Posting for BOB Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of  BOB Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will be posted in Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar where they will be assigned to function and if suitable candidates are not available in the same district, the candidates may be selected from the adjoining districts.
