Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025: The High Court of Bombay is recruiting candidates for the “Law Clerk” post on a Contractual Basis for a tenure period of 01 year, which may be extended by a maximum period of one more year. Applicant needs to pay an Application Fee of Rs.500, which should be paid at the time of submission of application form, by way of Postal Order or Demand Draft in favour of “Assistant Registrar for Registrar General, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay”. As per the official notification of Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025, the selected candidate will be posted at the High Court Bombay bench offices at Nagpur and Aurangabad.
There are 64 vacancies for the assigned position. The applicant willing to apply for Bombay High Court Recruitment 2024 should not be less than 21 years old and should not be more than 30 years old. Selected applicant will get a consolidated amount of Rs. 65000 per month as a Stipend/ Honorarium for their assignment, or such amount as may be prescribed from time to time by the Government. As mentioned in the Official notification of Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025, the Law clerks may be asked to appear in the Hon. Judge’s official house, the Courts or Chambers, as and when the Hon. Judge calls them. The planned work may also take place on court holidays or after regular business hours, as instructed.
Candidates applying for the Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025 must have the following qualifications.
In accordance with the official notification of Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025, applicant will be appointed on a Contractual Basis for a tenue period of 01 year. However, any Law Clerk may be discharged even before the completion of a year.

The Selection Committee for such interview shall comprise of such Hon’ble Judge or Hon’ble Judges nominated by the Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
Selection of such candidates shall be based on merit. The marks allotted for the Interview is 50 (minimum passing marks 25).
