Breaking News: NEET PG 2024 Postponed; New Date Notified, Check 

NEET PG 2024: The National Board of Examinations (NBEMS) was ready to conduct NEET PG 2024. Around 24 Lakhs Students register for NEET 2024. The exam for NEET PG 2024 was held on 23.05.2024. The exam was conducted from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM. However, due to some circumstances, the exam for NEET PG 2024 has been postponed by the Ministry of Health on Saturday.

The Ministry of Health states “Taking into consideration, the recent incidents of allegations regarding the integrity of certain competitive examinations, the Ministry of Health has decided to undertake a thorough assessment of the robustness of processes of NEET-PG Entrance Examination, conducted by the National Board of Examination for medical students“.

The NEET PG 2024 is the 2nd competitive exam of this kind to be postponed or cancelled in the last three days. The UGC-NET exam, which is used to assess candidates for assistant professor positions, junior research fellowships and admission to PhD programs at Indian universities and colleges, was cancelled, the education ministry declared on Thursday.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) had declared one day earlier that “unavoidable circumstances” caused the postponement of the CSIR-UGC-NET exam, which had been scheduled to begin on June 25.

The new date of the NEET PG 2024 Entrance Test is August 11, 2024, as notified by the Ministry of Health.
