BSE is hiring a visionary and transformative Chief Information Office (CIO), to lead the next level of technology sophistication and growth at the exchange.

Eligibility for BSE Recruitment 2022

The eligible candidate

i. Should have a Bachelor’s or higher degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 15 years of technology / digital experience, of which at least 5 years should be in leadership roles.

ii. Should have significant experience in regulated businesses in the financial services domain, preferably in capital market-related businesses. Should have managed significant scale of real-time transactions

iii. Hands-on experience in planning and driving transformation in IT systems at scale, with an understanding of how such changes affect various internal and external stakeholders.

iv. Someone who understands how to leverage modern technologies (including the Opensource ecosystem) and also has a good understanding of Cybersecurity threats and risks.

v. Should be able to work seamlessly with Board, senior stakeholders, regulators, business heads, technology partners and team members. Should also be able to attract, motivate and retain the best technical talent.
