BSPHCL Recruitment 2025: New Notification Out For General Manager and Deputy General Manager Posts, Apply Before Due Date
BSPHCL Recruitment 2025: The Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited (BSPHCL) is looking for interested and eligible candidates to fill the posts of General Manager (HR and Admin) and Deputy General Manager (HR and Admin) on a contract basis. There are 02 vacancies available for the positions listed here. The candidates applying for the post of General Manager (HR and Admin) should be officers from the Bihar Administrative Services (BAS) with a minimum service of 20 years (see below). The candidates applying for the post of Deputy General Manager (HR and Admin) should be officers from the Bihar Administrative Services (BAS) with a minimum service of 12 years. OR Officers retired from IAS. OR Officers retired from BAS from the level of Deputy Secretary. The selected candidates will be given the emoluments based on the last pay drawn minus pension and the admissible dearness allowances. Other benefits would be applicable as per the entitlements under the company’s rules, but no terminal benefit would be payable to retired employees.
The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of a walk-in-interview conducted by the committee. The maximum age limit for applying for the positions mentioned is 62 years. The appointment for the mentioned opportunities will be executed on a contractual basis. The period of the contract will remain valid for an appropriate period of 03 years and may be extended further upto the age of 67 years, subject to the performance of the selected candidates and the committee’s requirements.
