Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will introduce the Interim Budget for 2024-25 on February 1, 2024. She will offer a “paperless” budget for the fourth straight year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage eco-friendly solutions, the government has decided to publish the budget online beginning in 2021, known as the Green Budget.

The documents with serial numbers 2, 3, and 4 are required by Articles 112, 113, and 110(a) of the Indian Constitution, respectively. The documents with serial numbers 5a and 5b are presented according to the provisions of the FRBM Act of 2003. The documents from serial numbers 6 to 13 are explanatory statements that accompany the compulsory documents, with the narrative presented in a user-friendly format suitable for rapid or contextual references.
