Ikea is hiring an experienced Business Navigation Analyst – Group Digital at their Bangalore location. The Group Business Navigation Analyst works together with Group Digital Business Navigators and BN Business Partners to support planning, performance management and decision support processes in the businesses, group functions and service functions, preparing analyses, insights and recommendations.

What will you be doing:

Prepare and distribute analyses, insights and recommendations related to Group Digital business performance, investment plans, financial position and risks as assigned.

Maintain, coordinate and produce assigned financial plans, budgets and forecasts; further develop parts of the business performance management framework; maintain and develop investment plans and connected tools, processes and working methods.

Contribute to the development and implementation of new ways of steering and measuring the business

Support the operation and development of an assigned functional area within Group Digital Business Navigation, developing and implementing relevant business steering principles, policies, frameworks and tools.

Contribute to business performance management and financial decision support of Group Digital

Support the implementation of Ingka Financial Strategy, planning, resource allocation and performance management within Group Digital

Qualifications for this job:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Business / Finance / Economics or a related field

Previous experience in business performance management and financial management

5+ years with increased responsibility in business steering or finance related field.

Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask.

Ingka business experience and/ or Service Industry experience

Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.

Very good knowledge of the assigned functional area within Business Navigation

Good knowledge of the IKEA concept, its Brand identity, Culture & Values and strategic directions.

Good knowledge of Ingka’s business, financial and operational processes, their inter-dependencies and how to work through them.

Good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context.

Good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; and how to integrate them.
