Qualification and Experience Required for C-DAC Recruitment 2025:

The candidates applying for C-DAC Recruitment 2025 need to fulfil the requirements of the educational qualification and experience as per the posts –

Executive Director –

For Direct Recruitment –

• The candidate should be an Engineering graduate (BE/BTech) in a relevant discipline OR
• The candidate should have a Postgraduate in Engineering (ME/MTech) in a relevant discipline OR
• The candidate should have a Ph.D in a relevant discipline.

Relevant Disciplines are –

• The candidate should have a Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communications/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Instrumentation or allied discipline.

For transfer (absorption)/deputation:

• In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:
• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis. OR
• Having 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level-13A of the Pay Matrix. And
• Possessing the qualification prescribed for direct recruitment as mentioned above.

Post Qualification Relevant Experience –

• The candidate should be an Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech) – 20 years’ experience. OR
• The candidate should have a Postgraduate in Engineering (ME/M.Tech) – 15 years’ experience. OR
• The candidate should have a Ph.D in a relevant discipline and 10 years of relevant experience.

Scientist C (Level 11) –

• The candidate should have a first-class B. E. / B. Tech. / MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline. OR
• The candidate should have a Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in a relevant discipline. OR
• The candidate should have a first-class postgraduate degree in Science in a relevant discipline or domain-specific discipline. OR
• The candidate should have a PhD in a relevant discipline.

Post Qualification Relevant Experience –

• The candidate should have a B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / or equivalent degree – 3 years, Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology – 1 year; Postgraduate degree in Science – 3 years, PhD – Nil

Age Limit for C-DAC Recruitment 2025:

• Regular: The appointment will be till attaining the age of superannuation, i.e. 60 years after clearing the probation period.
• Continuing Contract: The Appointment will be on a contract basis for a duration of 5 years, including the probation period, which shall be renewable based on a satisfactory performance review for further periods of five years at a time, till attaining the age of superannuation i.e., 60 years.
