CA Exam Alert: No November Attempt for CA Final Exam from this Year The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has decided to move the CA Final Exam to the months of May and November starting this year, which means there will be no November attempt for CA Final exams in 2025. Students planning to appear for the CA Final examinations in November 2025 must plan for either the September 2025 attempt (if eligible) or the January 2026 attempt. All eligibility requirements will need to be followed. On this matter, CA Rohit Agarwal Tweeted, "No November attempt from this year. CA students will now be able to celebrate Diwali festival which coincided with November Exams. It may be noted that this is implemented from this year itself so students planning to appear in November 2025 will have to either plan for September 2025 if eligible or January 2026. All the compliances for eligibility also have to be accordingly. FAQ’s to be issued shortly." This change will allow CA students to celebrate the Diwali festival, which coincided with the November Exams. On the other hand, Intermediate and Foundation course exams will continue to be held thrice a year in May/June, September, and January.
