CA Foundation, December, 2023 Exams to be held under Existing Scheme of Education: ICAI President The President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) CA. Aniket Sunil Talati has confirmed that December, 2023 CA Foundation Examination would be held under the Existing Scheme of Education and Training. The reason for the same is that ICAI is waiting for the approval of Ministry of Law. ICAI has made many student-friendly decisions, and to provide qualitative education to our students, the introduction of the New Education Scheme has been made. Further, for the benefit of students, the Council decided to open additional reading rooms in all major districts of the Country and a policy in this regard has been approved.
