CAG Recruitment 2024: The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) is currently looking for qualified and experienced applicants for the positions of Auditor/ Accountant and Clerk/ DEO Grade ‘A’. The candidate’s age limits for the given post must be between 18 to 27 years old under the CAG Recruitment 2024. The appointment against sports quota shall be under probation for a period of two years from the date of appointment. Before completion of probation, the performance of the sportspersons shall be reviewed.

According to the official notification of CAG Recruitment 2024, all persons appointed against sports quota shall be under probation for a period of two years from the date of appointment. Before completion of probation, the performance of the sportspersons shall be reviewed.
Referring to the official notification of CAG Recruitment 2024, the selection process shall be carried out by the concerned Nodal Office with the help of a Selection Committee constituted for the purpose. All applications and certificates shall be scrutinised and the list of eligible applicants shall be prepared by the Nodal Offices. Final selection will be done on the basis of field trial marks and marks awarded for sports certificates (participation and achievements).
Field trials of the candidates will be conducted to assess their sports performance and suitability for the IA&AD(CAG) Team. Field Trials would consist of Fitness and Skill Tests.
