The CBDT issued a corrigendum, correcting errors in its March 30, 2026 notification by amending Schedule I, CG, and OS formats.

CBDT Issues Corrigendum to Notification of Income tax return Form 7
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) under the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) recently issued a Corrigendum on April 10, 2026.
The Central Board of Direct Taxes, through this notification, corrected some mistakes in an earlier notification dated March 30, 2026.
The notification states that in some parts of Schedule I, greyed boxes and blank boxes for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26 will be interchanged.
Apart from this, it also updated the following things in the schedule CG:
- Under row B9, one sub-row 'a' will be deleted.
- In row E, letters and figures "B12a" will be replaced with "B11a."
