CBDT notifies last date of filing declaration under Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Scheme 2024 The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has notified the last date for filing Income Tax declaration under the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Scheme 2024. The notifiecation is issued in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (l) of sub-section (1) of section 89 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024 (15 of 2024). The Central Government has notified that under the Direct Tax Vivad see Vishwas Scheme, 2024, the 30th day of April, 2025 is the last date, on or before which a declaration in respect of tax arrear shall be filed by the declarant to the designated authority.
