CBIC Issues Amendment to Customs Valuation Notification of Crude plam oil
Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) under Ministry of Finance recently issued a notification on November 14, 2025 regarding amendments in the notification of Government (No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.).
In powers given by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Customs Act 1962 (52), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), after checking all the facts and deciding that it is useful and necessary, makes some changes to the earlier government notification in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 36/2001- Customs (N.T.) dated August 3, 2001 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) through number S.O. 738 (E) dated August 3, 2001.
The following table will be replaced in the said notification:
