CBIC notifies Agreement with Republic of Armenia for Exchange of Custom Information [Read Notification] The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified the Agreement with the Republic of Armenia for the Exchange of Custom Information via issuing a Notification. The Notification Read as follows: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 151B of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 58/2021-Customs (N.T.), dated the 1st July 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 467(E), dated the 1st July 2021.
