CBIC releases Concept Paper Comprehensive Changes in GSTR-3B and Invites Suggestions

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has released a Concept Paper on the comprehensive changes proposed in the form GSTR-3B and invited comments and suggestions from the stakeholders.

The GST Council discussed a proposal for extensive revisions to FORM GSTR-3B during its 47th meeting, which was held in Chandigarh on June 28 and 29, 2022. The Council suggested making the aforementioned plan available to the public in order to collect comments and recommendations from interested parties.

In light of this, we now provide notice to the general public and the business community that a complete Concept Paper on FORM GSTR-3B amendments is enclosed.

All members of the trade/ stakeholders are requested to kindly furnish their views/comments/suggestions on the Concept Paper latest by 15th September 2022 at [email protected] so as to facilitate finalization of the matter.
