CBIC Waives Late Fees on GSTR3B, GSTR-1 & GSTR-4

CBIC Waives Late Fees on GSTR3B, GSTR-1 & GSTR-4:
As per the announcement made in 31st GST Council Meeting Government WaivesLate Fees on GSTR3B, GSTR-1 & GSTR-4. Official Notification in this Regards has been issued by the CBIC on 31st December 2018.
The amount of late fee payable under section 47 of the said Act shall stand waived for the registered persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR3B, GSTR-4 & GSTR-1,from July, 2017 to September, 2018 by the due date but furnishes the said return between the period from 22nd December, 2018 to 31st March, 2019.
