Age Limit for CEL Recruitment 2024:

The age restrictions for CEL Recruitment 2024 is given below-

General Manager- The maximum age limit is 54 years.

Additional General Manager- The maximum age limit is 52 years.

Chief Manager- The maximum age limit is 48 years.

Sr. Technical Manager- The maximum age limit is 42 years.

Assistant Technical Manager- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Deputy Engineer/Officer- The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Qualification for CEL Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given Qualification to apply for CEL Recruitment 2024.

For General Manager/Additional General Manager (Finance)-

• Candidates must have graduation degree with a minimum of 55% marks with Associate/ Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost & Management Accountants of India.

Experience-

• Candidates must have 20 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts Division of a reputed organization preferably in public sector, of which at least 10 years at the level of Manager and above.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 18 years post qualification experience shall be eligible for Additional General Manager (Finance).

For Additional General Manager:

• Candidates must have graduation degree having minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University along with MBA.

Experience-

• Candidates must have minimum 18 years of experience in dealing with matters related to Business Development, Marketing & Branding, Corporate Coordination, Government liaison & relations etc.

For Assistant Technical Manager (SBMU)-

• Candidate must have BE/B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication/Telecommunication /Computer Science Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute/University.
• Candidates must have minimum 06 years of post qualification experience in Manufacturing and development of electronics products, assembly processes.

For Management Trainee (SSG) on Contract Basis (consolidated pay)-

• Candidates must have candidate should have B.E/B.Tech. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/ Computers/Electrical engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/University.
